Our new Young Reading Ambassador
As our Young Reading Ambassador, Elise will read and review books to help young people her age choose titles that will engross and inspire them
Hi, my name is Elise Polley, and I am an 11-year-old bookworm, soon to turn 12 years old!
I love everything to do with books, reading them planning and yes – even writing them.
I live in a house with three big brothers, 2 dogs and a horse. The horse does not live in the house, but he is definitely part of our family.
I love eating ice cream and my favourite is vanilla, but I will eat anything really when it comes to ice cream.
I live in Masterton and attend Solway College. My all-time favourite book is Fire Storm written by Lauren St.John, this is the third book in a series called the One Dollar Horse series.
I do love all genres of books, but my favourite has to be books about horses, obviously!
I cannot wait to get into some book reviews for you all to share with you the fabulous books out there and help you make decisions on what to read next.
